Review:

Animals come in all different shapes, sizes, colors and make a variety of different noises. Not only that, they also thrive in many different climates all around the globe. Remarkably clear photography has animals depicted in colorful squares that have a lift flap just right for little hands to peak and see words that corresponds with each animal. It could be a sound that little readers will see or the natural habitat of the animal in the picture. There are different sections that categorize the animals as to whether or not they live on a farm, on the safari, in the sea, woods, jungle, snow, rivers and lakes. There is also a special section on bugs.

Parents, toddlers or anyone who loves learning about animals and their world will love this sturdy board book and all the little hidden treasures behind the flaps. This is a great tool to help get children engaged and paying attention. Little learners will become familiar with sound patterns, become involved with the picture details, and can also learn to mimic.

This book was donated to a child in need.
