Art in schools is very important for self expression. Ms. Gallagher's class is no different.

Painting can be so much fun. For one little boy, it proved to be a bit of a challenge during art class. His art was supposed to be a dog. It wasn't quite finished when the bell rang. He remembered he didn't sign his name like his teacher asked. When he left school the wind caught hold of his painting and carried it away. It landed right in a pile of art work at The Rainbow Connection art gallery. It was gathered up by an artist by accident. The boy didn't think he could explain that the painting was his, so he just went home. The next week the boy went with his mother to see the artwork at the gallery. Some of his school mates were there. To his surprise his picture was hanging up on the wall. He knew the visitors wouldn't believe that the painting was his.
