Review:

Tamar helped with putting her Sukkah frame up. The branches covering the top of the Sukkah have leaves the color of fall. Tamar felt as though something were missing so she colored and cut out apples from paper and hung them around. But still she felt as though something were missing. She called on her friends to help her. They brought in a table, chairs and they even made a poster with a blessing. But still, there was something missing. All of her friends were there and the Sukkah looked wonderful. What do you think Tamar is missing?

Author Ellie B. Gellman has created a wonderful story with friends sharing a favorite holiday. Illustrator Katherine Janus Kahn brings the story to life with bright beautiful colors and lively characters. Readers will enjoy learning about Jewish Culture.
