Review:

This sequel to 84 Ribbons picks up with Marta coming home after the injury that cost her a career of ballet. Her depression leaves her homebound and in her robe most days. Her need for diet pills isn’t helping her situation. Marta just wants to know what she should do with her life. She is also indecisive about Steve. Meanwhile, her mother wants Marta to help out at a dance studio run by Mrs. Holland. The opportunities that await are excellent but force Marta to make some tough decisions. Will she figure out her plan B path and grow as a woman or will she spiral backwards?

Author Paddy Eger has created a wonderful story for readers who love ballet and the dance. Part love story and part coming of age, readers will enjoy the story as the character learns to overcome tragedy. Readers will find this book well written and an engaging coming of age story.
