The Scott family have been
asked to stay at the Fieldstone Zoo while Mrs. Scott writes a book about how
people and animals are similar. As the family got acquainted with their new
surroundings the kids were asked, by Mr. Scott, to solve some puzzles to make
sure they were all in working order for the campers. The goal, to solve the
puzzles, is to visit each area the different regions of areas animals are kept
and unscramble the words. As the kids visited the different animals they learned
something was wrong and the animals were acting strange. Strange men had been
lurking around and an animal has gone into hiding. Could these strange men be
the cause of the animals being upset and restless?
Author Gail Herman has
created a fun and educational read for animal lovers. Parents, teachers and
kids will learn about zoo life. Each chapter is host to zoo fun facts, photos,
varied animal insights, who works at the zoo and even cool puzzles to solve.
